I was one of the founding members of the club. Member #3 I think. Probably changed quite a bit since then. A lot of series trucks back then. I just like Station Wagons. I've owned three Series One SW's; two 107"s and an 88". I like the look of the Perentie version, it just looks right especially in the camo. I like the Survey model, but not quite as practical as the Carry all

My first Land Rover. Highly modified. A lot of 'Skippy' fittings.

Oh do you know Tim at Bramble Downs then? He lives around the corner to me.

And also Eli at Forward Specialties? He's the guy I bought it off, he sold it on behalf of another customer.

Tim is a mate from way back, we did many off road trips together, and I've known Eli just as long. Tim was originally a mechanic in Eli's workshop where he worked on the above Landy. Does Tim still have his 101? (If so he may still have the same sticker on the door as on mine above). Say Hi for me next time you are him  :)

Ha small world!

Yeah I've seen his 101 in the shed. He said he toured the country with it. I'll keep an eye out for the sticker too.

It's been a while since I asked if there were any Carryall's for sale. Careful what you ask for. I have purchased Brian Barltrop's Carryall. I also have a No5 Trailer which I've just picked up from Frontline auctions in Darwin.
