Ok thanks do you think it would be easy to replicate the mounts on a regular perentie bullbar?

Ahh i see i thought they were inverted to run regular appliances. My mistake.

I too have a survey, and I drilled the rivets out of 2 connectors on my distribution box and replaced with 12v outlets, I plug my Fridge in one, and other a spare, will eventually swap 24v meter for a 12 v one, my Dist box is mounted to the side of my vehicle.
As for the antennae working for you,- not in my opinion, once you obtain the correct coax 27mg or UHF 477, whatever type you have ,the army antennae is not matched for the radio.
Go get one though, and on Anzac day put a flag up.

Have you got any photos of how you modified your FFR 24v Battery Distribution Box to house 12v availability.
