Stunning Rod!. One could pay several tens of 000s of $ to a professional and not be as good as this is.

Truly a testament to your dedication and perseverance.

Rod, echoing what many have said, this build is a masterpiece.  Truly outstanding work and thank you for posting it up for fng's like me.
One day i hope i too can take on such and extensive ground up build and if i can match half the quality of your build i would be most happy.  An inspiration for many.  Thank you.
Built for the mud, sand and dirt, it would be very difficult to clean back to show room condition after an outing. Do you ever plan to take it bush ? It would be a hard decision with this level of quality build.
Got to pick my jaw back up now and wipe my chin.
Clint.

Hey, Rod, want to rebuild my shorty for me.
Oh, can you do two 101s and an Inter after that?

Really nice job. Better than showroom.

Job well done, bet you happy to finally have it rego'd and out on the road.  Looks great.
Looks like you have had to increase the driveway turn around circle for the LR's turn radius. :)

nice house,

nicer 86",

nicer nicer Series 2A 109" FFT - can I have it? prepared to swap my wife's '58 beetle which she just inherited from her late mother, who bought it brand new in 1958 - it's the last of the full imports before they started assembling in Aust, still on original rego, just been mechanically overhauled, no sentimental value (for me, can't speak for my wife!) Lol
Lots...............

Interested in Beatle but you can keep wife and mother inlaw, not interested if they were the last of the lmports all wives and mothers inlaw are the same. I just want to know about the V Dub.

Thanks to all for your compliments and encouragement.
