pressure plate is 859327R91, that is the Inter number. It was made by Borg and Beck. When the trucks were in service the individual parts were available so the assembly could be rebuilt, but as a rule that didn't happen locally. If you was to get part numbers look up and download the Repair parts scale which is on this site. It has a wealth of info. If you look hard you can even find a replacement cab finished in white paint (for UN service I would guess) or even a replacement bridge plate sticker.

If you want an improved version of the RPS (parts manual) and the workshop manual, download them from here. (

I added an index that lets you jump right to the section you are after and rewrote the Supplier List at the start so that it is in numerical order to make it easier to find who supplied what.

Many of the parts listed as coming from International Harvester are still available from your nearest Iveco truck dealer. These parts are easy to spot as most end with R91 or similar. My local dealer managed to put a water pump rebuild kit together for me from the listed parts, and actually had tappet and side cover gaskets in stock.

Has anyone found a source of the O ring (290987-R1) and the cork gasket (39 783-H) in the front hubs of the Mk3?
